Synopsis

Amanda (35) suffers from a rare autoimmune condition. From time to time she has inflammatory crisis that leave her hospitalized for weeks. This time she was infected with a bacteria that is difficult to eradicate and the doctors do not know if she will tolerate the treatment well. They will keep her in the clinic for a week to observe her. In that week, Amanda learns many things about her illness and about herself.

    Graduated in Filmmaking with a specialization in documentaries. Master’s degree in Sociology. In 2014, her short film “De los 90 y algo” was selected in the Rengo Film Festival in the school short film category. Her short film «Efecto Felino» was part of the ARICADOCS school showcase in 2019. She is currently working on her debut feature documentary “Asteroid 2518.”
