Through an indigenous journalist, a beekeeper, an academic activist and a famous actress, the colonial dynamics faced by social movements to protect their territories are revealed.
Director
Aline Juárez, a director and filmmaker from Mexico City, addresses socio-environmental issues from a feminist and decolonial perspective. Her documentaries include «Fruits of Resistance» (2023), «Displaced Voices» (2018), «Days of Struggle, Days of Mourning» (2017), and other projects focusing on marginalised communities.

Juan Donoso, a director and audiovisual producer based in Berlin, works at the intersection of social movements and cinema. Specialising in water and energy issues, he leads impact campaigns. His work has been featured in Deutsche Welle, Süddeutsche Zeitung, El País, and CNN Chile.
Producer
Jessica Valdez is a project manager, cultural programmer, educator, and audiovisual producer focused on climate justice from a feminist and anti-colonial perspective. In Germany, she has worked on immigrant rights, particularly in access to education and freedom of movement.
