Synopsis

Malvinas is a peaceful settlement in the Uruguayan Atlantic coast. Since the 70’s, those who have come here have organized their lives in a natural balance and in a community lifestyle. Today, this dissident way of living could disappear due to the technology, experiential tourism and a sea that year after year devours a piece of this remote place.

  Director

  Industrial Designer from University Diego Portales (2009). Her interest and approach to audiovisual arts initially led her to work as a visual designer at Clip Up Producciones and DCM Producciones. After a while, she began to support other areas of the field as an assistant director, producer and also as an art director, for countless corporate, personal and cinematographic videos. Malvinas is her first documentary piece as a director.

  Navarro Hernández

  Producer

  Producer and civil engineer in sound and acoustics. In 2014 he created Clip Up Producciones, producing for countless audiovisual projects to this day. In 2020, he is studying the Executive Audiovisual Production diploma at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Malvinas is his first project as a documentary film producer.
