    Director and Producer

Roberto Urzua studied film and specialized in directing. His work moved towards the experimental with «Aguilas Siderales» (2011), «Telemetria» (2014) and «El Buen Vecino» (2016). For four years he produced «Mapu Kutran» (2022), where he approached the Mapuche cosmovision, thus initiating a spiritual path that led him to be part of the culture as a «katripache», a mestizo who participates in the community. He is currently working on «Yakana» which talks about the survival of the Lickan Antay culture to the extractivism of the Chilean state.
